Total scam, stay away . Just came over and collected 150$ doing nothing as a service fee.

Showed up for the first appointment collected the fee billed my home warranty company for parts collected the money and has been deflecting my calls for 2 months. This guy is committing fraud. And has wasted 2 months of my time while water continues to run out of my refrigerator.

Scott Collins was referred to me by my Home Warranty company. Scott came out took an $85 deposit looked at my washer and told me it was a repairable. He took no more than five minutes. I then asked him if he could look at my oven which he did, he asked me for an $85 deposit in advance, knowing that I would be filing a repair Request with my warranty company. He said he would hold the check until I filed that repair request. I never did file a request and Scott proceeded to cash the check anyway. When confronted, he said it was a mistake and he would give me a refund. I never received a refund whenever I reach out to him again and asked him if he would come and do the repair. He never contacted me. I tried to make an appointment he never showed up. I do not recommend this business. I feel Scott takes deposits with little intention of doing the repair work , hard work hard someone of this caliber very disappointing and I do not recommend this business

I wish I could rate this company less than .5 stars. This company was hired for us through a home warranty claim. Scott continuously exhibited his lack of professionalism by not showing up at scheduled times, not making any attempts to actually complete the service job, and complaining about the warranty company. He over commits and under delivers at the expense of your time and money. It has been several months, countless phone calls and conversations with Scott and zero progress towards the actual service job. I would strongly recommend that anyone seeks a different company for their repair needs.

Do not pay this joker in advance. He took my money and never returned to fix my washing machine. My warranty company contacted him. He said tell me to text him and he will respond. I have tried contacting him several times and he never responds. 2 months later and I am still waiting and I even found and bought the part he claimed he was waiting on.

Scott worked on my washer/dryer but I needed a new one! But, he found an electrical problem & fixed it!! Very nice man !
