The work was fine, but the provider told me (I was upset about flooding on my patio) that the entire job would NEVER cost more than $400. I got a bill for $525.  It was an emergency and he saw that I was desperate, so he upped the price.

Be clear plans and estimates is one thing I would recommend.  The quality of his work was excellent! I would recommend him to others.  Overall I would give him a B grade.  I would use them again in the future.
