They are fine. I don't have any issue with them. They do very well on the treatment, my lawn looks good.

Like any large company, you get what you're expecting. They offered my wife 7 services for an insane price but told her that if she bought then the first would be $29.95 and she could cancel at any time. The first service was performed and my credit card was charged over $65. Calling their 1-800 number, not surprisingly, takes you to a call center in another country where the operators are answering the phone for a ton of different corporations. They have no idea what they're doing or how to handle things. It took multiple calls to get the original quote honored. When asked to cancel they offered a 25% discount. When asked to cancel again they said they would. Less than a week later a letter came in the mail stating 7 more services would be performed for $69.95 per service whether I was home or not and the card would be auto billed. I called again and, once again, got the same nonsense call center with someone in another country who was unable and unwilling to help. It took several more calls and threats before the service we didn't want to begin with was canceled. Like anything in life, you get what you pay for. Find a local company with local employees and a local phone number who will answer the phone and give an upfront quote in writing. Don't use this company - the service levels are as bad as any company I've ever dealt with.

Company delayed too long to start. I cancelled the service after several delays. Money was refunded, so no complaint about that
