I've had bad and good sears repair person The last time they were here was the last time I will ever have them in my home.
They were to repair my cooktop. They sent the wrong parts and no one to install them, Said I could do it myself. They would not come to pick up the wrong parts. I had to call another contractor to repair the cooktop. Thanks to sears the new contractor now has a customer for life.
