LOWE'S

The overall process from estimate - completion took a little under a month. We liked the estimator, Tony, however he seems really busy and doesn't always call back immediately. We asked that Lowe's come out and fence in the rest of our back yard - They were able to finish the back in chain link, and the front touching the house with shadowbox to match the sides of the yard that were already built. There ended up being a team lead by "Dean" - very nice guy, really knows his stuff. The team consisted of two Amish young men, definetley knew what they were doing but didn't talk... We left for work one morning and came back to a fence that had been completed! With one issue... the fence was not shadowbox! It was the traditional privacy fence (pickets all on one side of the fence) It turns out there was a breakdown in communication with Tony the estimator and Dean the contractor - though we did order enough parts for the shadowbox... the next day we left and the team had shown up to remove the wrong fence. Again, we returned home to a beautiful new shadowbox fence! Great quality, it looks like the cemented every post, and used pressure treated lumber on the whole job.
