They are very prompt; they come when they are supposed to. We had additional problems with bees in our waterhole and they came right out and took care of the problem free of charge. We are on their quarterly plan and so anything that happens in between is free. They put mouse traps around because we live in the country. They are just very good.

For the first time in our lives we began seeing roaches in our kitchen. We surmised that they hitched a ride on some furniture we were storing for relatives. We called Kline and the gentleman showed up at the appointed time. He explained what he was going to do, and treated the house, which meant we needed to vacate the premises for 4 hours. Slowly the roach population shrank, but it never disappeared, so we called for a repeat application, which he did. Same result. This went on 5 times, and we still have a small roach presence. We have not called them back because we feel 5 chances are enough. For whatever reason, he was not able to find them all.

HEATH (OUR INSPECTOR) WAS VERY KIND AND THOROUGH IN HIS INVESTIGATION, RECOMMENDATION AND PLAN TO CONTROL THE ANT PROBLEM AT OUR HOME. THE APPLICATIONS WERE VERY EFFECTIVE AND AFFORDABLE.
