H & H Plumbing Heating Cooling

The work was difficult since the pipe was broken down close to the slab. The H&H plumber arrived soon after I called. He was professional, did an excellent job and was in and out quickly. The price was as quoted, which I think was $106 an hour, with a one-hour minimum. If I remember correctly, I have paid a lower hourly rate in the past for a different plumber, but that plumber was unavailable immediately and the work needed to be done immediately so I could turn water back on for the house. I also have paid a higher hourly rate for immediate plumbing work with a yet a different company.

Service guy didn't find or fix the problem. In 1.5 hours he badmouthed every other heating technician in the area and misdiagnosed the problem as bad wiring. I asked for a written quote to repair what he said was wrong, after receiving a verbal quote of maybe 8 to 9 hundred dollars, or possibly a new furnace. He has yet to respond. Ultimately, the repair required a 70 dollar control board that was changed in 15 minutes. Correcting the wires the service tech disconnected and re-routed took an additional hour.

The work was great and the employees were very professional. My only problem/issue is that I purchased an $87.00 coupon on Angies list that was supposed to be for an hour's worth of work and all they did was take $87.00 off the invoice, but still charged me the remaining labor? Why buy a coupon when it didn't really do anything? Still confused over that.

Our 20 year old furnace decided to die on the coldest day of the year. We called H&H and explained that my husband had COPD and was on 24 hour oxygen. They were at our house in a couple of hours, diagnosed the problem and told us we needed to replace it. They were able to get a new one installed the very next day. The installers were skilled, respectful and left the area as clean as when they arrived. The price was very reasonable.

over the years, i have been a customer of this group and found them to be very good.
all arrangements were made to replace the furnace and install a connection for an emergency generator in our home.
the only problem was the failure to install the generator connection on the day the furnace was installed,and when my husband asked the young man who was finishing the furnace about the connection, the young man said somewhat sarcastically, not today we arent.
it was quite awhile before the job was finished, but we did have heat, and are very happy with the furnace.
robin has always been very courteous and helpful
in spite of this, i would call again and expect the good

level of work and clurtesy i had become accustomed to.

I had a water heater replaced (non-emergency) in July 2011. They were able to schedule the work in about a week around my schedule and would have been sooner if I had been available. The installer showed up on time but the water heater ordered was not what would work in my application. He managed to get the right one and get back and install it the same day. Price with installation was reasonable in my opinion considering it involved completely replacing the vent system piping with another type all the way outside which was not what was expected.

I had the same company replace my furnace and air conditioner about 8 months prior. They showed up on time for the estimate and installation and provided the best quote when compared to 2 other vendors. The installers (Randy and Jim) were as good as anyone could hope for. They were very careful to cover anywhere they would be walking with drop cloths and completely swept up any debris left over. The install took under 2 work days for heat and ac, (removal and furnace install on day one, AC install on day 2). No surprises on price compared to quote. I did have a problem with the furnace fan about a week later but they were back to fix it within 3 hours of the time I called. The problem was from manufacture and not the installation. No problems since and I've had it for 11 months now.

They came out within 2 hours. They found a problem, got it fixed and it was nice cause they had the part they needed with them.
