We are out of town buyers seeking property in Mansfield. Our agent showed us a home via FaceTime listed by Tim Hester of this agency. We really liked it and made an offer contingent upon us seeing the property within 24 hours. The sellers accepted we learned via our agent who had spoken with Tim. However, as we were leaving our house to drive to the property, we learned that it had been sold to another buyer! Wow! Unethical.
