+ -1 moreI got no response from them. I actually called them three times, not getting a response at all once. After they missed the first appointment, they didn't apologize and just said someone would be out. After no one showed up the second time, I didn't bother calling them back.
Description of Work: I had called and set up an appointment with them twice to look into a heating issue. They didn't show up either time.
