Bushes Out of Control

I have used this company to remove 3 trees now.  They have completely cut down and removed the stumps.  They cleaned up their work area.  They returned calls, arrived when promised and quoted a more than fair price.  Dana is extremely pleasant and accommodating.  He is honest and trustworthy.  I feel comfortable having him and his crew on my property.

He was very quick to work me in to his schedule.  They came when they said they would.  They were very quick and professional. Got the job done.  Great service, Great price. I will definitely use again.

He did call to arrange to stop over and look at the tree and give me an estimate for the work and said he would call me the following week as his schedule was full. He called one morning and said he was in the neighborhood doing some other tree work and asked if it would be ok to stop by and take my tree down.  He had a "big city job" coming up and he wanted to get these "dinky jobs" out of the way. Right away he started asking if he could drop the tree into the woods behind my house. I told him no, as I wanted the wood for our fire pit and I didn't own the woods behind me so I didn't feel comfortable dropping a tree onto someone else's property. He then wedged the tree and when it was time to pull on the rope to help bring it down he asked me and my daughter to help pull along with his crew of four men. The tree started to fall but instead of falling the way we were pulling, it went 90 degrees off and took out my pool pump and part of my neighbor's wooden privacy fence. He then said not to worry, he was insured and he had a friend who owned his own pool company. He was on his phone but instead of calling his insurance he was talking to his friend the pool guy. He was also complaining within earshot to his partners about my bad decision on where I wanted the tree dropped. I wasn't comfortable with the ideal of his pool fixing friend and contacted my insurance who said I could have who I want fix the pool. I let him know my decision and why. The pump was repaired to my satisfaction and I sent the bill to him to be paid. Since then I have received a bunch of non professional texts (no phone calls) from him concerning the fixing of the pump and a month later I still don't think the bill is paid for the repair. They also did a poor clean up job and left some of their tools which are still here waiting for pick up. This guy does offer a cheap price for the work, but you get what you pay for. There are plenty of other tree services out there, I don't recommend this one for any reason. Learn your lesson from me. Just because they say they're insured and even advertise themselves that way, make them show you proof.

They were really good. They were super cheap and professional. I would use their services again in the future.

They did a job but they were slow getting out to my home. I'd recommend them to others.
