It went very well. They came on time and worked quickly and efficiently, minimizing disruption as much as possible. The work was completed earlier than estimated. They gave us complete information before the work was done, and instructions on care of the system now that it is installed.

I was well satisfied with them. I have a lifetime warranty but it is not under name. They said that the warranty is good as long as the structure is standing. If there will be a problem, they will re-do it. I thought that was god because it will go to the next home owner. That was a good warranty and I asked if they had re-done any and they said they did. But I never had a problem ever since with my structure. They did a good job. They were easy to work with. The cost was a little bit pricey but it was well worth it. I would advise people to cover everything with plastic because it is going to be a dusty mess.
Although it was a bit pricey, I would not mind paying for it if it is well done. They will tell you the cost before they start so that you know what to expect. So it is not a surprise if it is too much. But I did not ask the prices of the other companies. They also have a battery backup so it is convenient when power runs out. I have been happy with them. I?d rather put my money where I will be satisfied.

They jackhammered in from the inside down to the foundations and put a trough in. They put the sub pump in and gave us a backup incase the power went out. I was glad I did it this way. It does take a lot of preparation to seal everything with plastic because the dust with get through the slightest crack. I don't have any complaints about them. It took three days. They came when they were supposed to. They have a very good warranty.
