My new furniture I purchased is mostly all junk!!!! My couch ripped after 6 mo use! My dinette is coming apart now.

Sales person met us as we entered store. Was very
professional and ask what we were in the market for. Then directed us to
several pieces and explained the difference in manufacture. After we picked the
pieces we decided on, the sales person directed us to the cashier and we set up
a delivery date and paid for the pieces. As a retired/former military member we
were given a discount that was appreciated. Two days before the delivery the
store called and informed us the pieces were in and confirmed the delivery for
1230. They called on the day of the delivery at 1200 and were at the house at
1215. They laid down a walk mat at the door and brought the pieces in. The bed
was un-packed and set up; all packing material and trash were removed. The
delivery guys were very professional and courteous. It took 3 weeks from time
of purchase to setup even though it was over the New Years Holidays. We are
very pleased with the service.
