Terrible business ethics! I'm new to the area so I did not know of this local lumber until a friend referred me after I had already purchased wood from Lowes. I need this wood planed down on the sides to fit in a groove. I called and they said they wouldn't do it because it's not their lumber! I am part of a family owned business and this is not the way to handle things! Maybe charge me a little more for the cuts but business is business! Just terrible!
