It went well from beginning to end. We wanted to replace our aging basement windows with glass block. When I phoned Larry he happened to be nearby and was able to come by, look at what needed to be done, and give us a quote immediately. We did get another quote but decided to go with Windows and More. Mike called several days later and we agreed on a schedule; he arrived this morning right on time. He was able to deal with removing the lattice around the deck so he could have access to the two windows under the deck. He also moved the fridge and wine cooler to access one window. He estimated that it would take about an hour per window and that was spot on. The windows look great, much more secure than the wood framed ones. Smooth mortar joints, good clean-up, and everything is back where it was including the lattice.

Contacted twice unfortunately no one ever responded. Initial contact was for two basement windows. I guess the job was to small, that job was to test the company to see if they are good enough to do my 15 rentals. Guess what? You failed !!

I ended up having to call as no one responded to me after I purchased the deal. I ended up having to spend a little more on the windows as my windows were embedded in the concrete.

Larry and his installer, Mike, went above and beyond my expectations. Larry was very professional and courteous and met me at a time that was convenient with my schedule. His prices were very competitive and the quality and craftsmanship of the work was superb. Mike, the installer, was on time and installed the glass block windows perfectly. He even gave me some pointers on some concrete patching I was going to do myself. Without a doubt I'll contact Larry again on future properties. Also, he uses actual glass and not lucite, which most companies use now and also mortars around the window as opposed to setting in a frame. I highly recommend using Larry for any glass block window jobs.

This job was a breeze, and very well done. Larry came out promptly to give me an estimate. The price was great. Mike was out within a week to do the install. He was exactly on time, finished in the amount of time estimated. He brought one window which was the wrong size, but was great about leaving everything intact and re-scheduling to come back with the correct window. He patched any concrete cracks or crumbles in the near-by vicinity of each window, and left everything spotless. Couldn't have asked for a better experience and the windows look great!

Straightforward sales presentation, completely fair price. What I particularly appreciated was Larry's willingness to give me a good idea of what this would cost over the phone. We live in a very large subdivision built in the early 70s where the steel window frames were put in as the concrete was poured and wrap all around the inner and outer surface of the window. Many times over the 25 years we have lived here we have gotten as far as looking at that steel and deciding it wasn't a do it yourself job. Our all other windows are from a well known window company that doesn't get into the business of wrangling that steel and putting in glass blocks. Larry and his installers made this one of the easiest, most cost effective changes we have made to our home. My husband was recovering from a small stroke the week before, and I have some permanent physical disabilities, so there was quite a bit of heavy junk below one of the windows that we weren't able to move. The installers dealt with this professionally. They arrived on time, and got the job and cleanup done completely. The quality and quantity of light in our basement is greatly improved, far beyond that which we might get from a thorough cleaning. Bottom line: they left us wondering why we hadn't done this a long time ago.
