They were great last year and I assumed I'd be on this year's schedule. Let me just say that calling and emailing no less than 10 times with NO response about continuing this year is a little too much to ask for I guess. I'm not even sure if there in business! Very disappointed in the total lack of communication!

Contacted Valor for landscape clean-up & they were prompt to respond & give a quote. Came out a few weeks later & to say we are disappointed is a huge understatement. The list of complaints is long & we contacted the owner to try & resolve. He replied back that they would come out & make it right. That was 2 weeks ago and he has now ghosted us. * New edge lines were 6+ inches from original lines and we were left with muddy caverns and several clumps of grass all around the house. They used an industrial edger and were far too aggressive or the skill of the crew was lacking in edging correctly * We hadn?t planned on mulching, but now needed mulch to cover the caverns they left. * Seasonal grass was cut, but not collected and we had it EVERYWHERE - around bushes & in beds. Just a huge mess. * Dead leaves & clippings were not raked out under any of the bushes they trimmed. * They cut our Fiber Optics Line , damaged sprinkler heads, & cut a water line hose * Left garbage in our yard

Prompt, courteous service! My grandma, a fellow veteran, was glad I found great local, veteran-opened company to support!! They did an amazing job on my embarrassingly overgrown yard from our lawn mower being broken.
