Picked them off a cheap coupon and they had an opening. They tried to sell me more services, so that was kind of a pain (I declined). Hose from their truck to the house was kind of dirty so they had extra clean up where it got messed up; however, they did not clean up the mess in the driveway (I had to hose it off myself); the stains did not come up off the carpet, but they did not do anything special on those areas. I kind of expected more cleaning solution and extra passes- but nothing. I think I got what I paid for- it was very cheap and they had opening.
