The scope of this project was large. I liked the pictures posted on Serenity's FB page. Rob cam in person, took measurements and then I never heard anything again. I ended up hiring another responsive contractor

They did an excellent job and quality was good. We are really happy with their work. They were professional and careful. They cleaned up once the job was done. One of the employees accidentally damaged the strip that runs down the corner. He was really upset about it. He went out and got everything that was required and fixed it himself. They were ready to work with us when ever we had concerns.

Eric and his crew were the best I have experienced in 20 years of home ownership and several projects. Eric's response from our intitial meeting to end of project is best described as ''immediate'', trustworthy & personal. His company's communication was excellent on all matters. The work began as scheduled and was completed on time! I can't say enough about the effort & the results of his crew's efforts.
