The entire operating system of my computer has completely failed and the computer is now totally worthless. I have lost absolutely everything that was on my computer.
REBUTTAL TO COMPANY RESPONSE: As a rebuttal concerning the owner coming to my home to fix the computer and set it up, I have paid for every service that I have been received. The operating system has failed only about 1 week ago. This was 3 weeks after I paid him for coming out to my house to set up the computer. His claims about me wanting everything for free, is false. I have paid for every service and every part that I got. As far as him showing me how to to retrieve the data, that should have been explained to me when I first received the computer. It was not. His set up of the computer was extremely different than I have ever used before.
"This customer bought a computer from us, we transferred his personal data for him, he saw it was working and left our shop,the customer came back to our shop several times because he had no idea how to retrieve his data from the back up, we then showed him how to retrieve. At no charge each time, spent a lot of time with this customer. WE even went over and beyond went out to his personal residence and setup the computer for him. He shook my hand and He was fine. 4 weeks later he calls up wanting us to fix his computer again for free. I said no. It would be a service all, that is why he wrote theses lies on this review. No company after 4 weeks would do service for free. I have all the docs to back this up.. and notes of when and how long we talked. Anyone can call me direct at 513-233-1914… This is a customer that waited 4 weeks to complain about his new issues, and to have service done after he signed off on the computer being ok."
