For some reason my hot tub wasn't maintaining temperature. I called several places for support. ALL of them wanted to come out and fix the electronics with an estimated cost of $800 - 1000. The folks from Just Add Water came out (even through I was outside of their service area) spent some time investigating and determined it was a clogged water filter that needed to be replaced. A $35 new filter took care of it. I paid only a service call and ordered a replacement filter. I was impressed by the experience and investigative approach they took to solve the problem.

In prior attempts to get my hot tub working properly (it was unable to hold temperature and with the ensuing winter I was concerned about the tub freezing), I had called another company (don't remember the name) and they wanted to replace the electrical unit at about $800. Paul from Just Add Water made the trip to my house and in about 10 minutes had determined it was a clogged filter. Charged me $80 and gave me a ton of helpful tips and hints -- one was to watch out for spa service centers that make unnecessary and costly repairs. Paul was very helpful, kind, knowledeable and reasonable. I would high recommend him and his family run company.

THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND WILL DO ANYTHING TO KEEP THE POOL UP AND RUNNING.THEY ORDER PARTS AT NO EXTRA CHARGE AND ARE WILLING TO COME THE SAME DAY.
