 + -1 moreI couldn't have asked for a better experience. Jan and her people came in on a Saturday to help me out so that I could go camping. The hiccup of the material differences didn't faze Jan and she quickly came up with and executed the idea of sewing in the patches. I got to test out the patches this weekend during torrential rains in Bristol, TN. Despite the patch being on the side of the tent exposed to the prevailing winds, the inside stayed bone dry.
Description of Work: A patch needed to be put on the floor of my tent. When there were issues with the original plan to patch it because of the material the tent was made from, two patches (one inside, one out) were sewn into the tent.
