Great work and great price. Slow to get back.

Took lawn mower in and waited 2 weeks when 10 days was estimated. Stopped by and mower had not been touched. Repaired it and when picked it up, was given different mower so ended up taking it back and getting ours.

Went great - these folks do a really good job at an affordable rate - they have gotten backed up this summer because of the madeira lawn repair folks closing up shop and most of that business is coming their way - but when they have the time they do a real nice job - most effective lawn mower service up near the Lebanon/Mason area.

it went well - these folks have done the maintenance on my lawn tractor for the past 6-7 years - very friendly small business that comes out and picks up my mower and brings it back within a week or so - very friendly with a fair price - they have fixed quite a few things on this tractor over the years - they are a very dependable company

Mower needed yearly service for the summer. Was picked up on time, serviced and returned it in two days. Definitely recommend.

Went great - Took them about a week to get my mower back but everything was fixed and running like a charm - Jand M is a small business that is local but they do a really great job of taking care of their customers - no delivery charges like some of the other lawn mower companies charge - very customer friendly

My 21/2 year old riding mower would not start even with a charger. I called J and M, one of the few shops that pick up riding mowers. The owner came within a day of being called. Since he could not diagnosis the problem as it set in my garage, he took to his shop. I was concerned because it was still grass cutting time so I thought it would take a long time to be fixed. I had also requested that regular maintenance be done on the mower. Within a day, the owner called to tell me that the battery was completely shot and that is why the charger would not work. He was able to give me a new larger and better battery ,as well as, do the maintenance work. The results were better than a prior company who worked on the mower. It was returned on a Sunday and looked new because it had been cleaned up. I was also told that the mower was set and would not need to be serviced until after the 2013 cutting season.
He was friendly and professional and the cost was reasonable.

J and M came to my home to pick up snowblower the same day I called for repair.
They called promptly the next day with an estimate.
They repaired and serviced my snowblower
Then they called two days later to say work was complete and arranged to deliver the snowblower to my home that day.

Called them to make an appt. They called back and set a time to pick it up. They came as scheduled and picked up the lawn mower. After they looked at it they called and gave us the cost. We okayed it - they fixed it and delivered it when it was ready.

Went very well from beginning to end. In the last ten years I had spent four times this much with a local guy who just repairded the symptoms because it was the easy thing to do. Jand M tore the steering assembly all the way down and discovered the underlying reason for the problem. Fixed in two weeks because of the Sears delay on parts.

Went smooth as punch - He picked up my mower on a Friday and had it back to me the following the Saturday - He did a real nice job cleaning the entire mower (it was pretty heavy with grass) - he has done my annual tune up the last couple of years and I am real happy with him

Everything went great - No one likes to spend $225 fixing a mower but you have to have a mower to cut the grass - These guys are professional and they have really good customer service - The other mower repair place in Lebanon is all business - They don't treat you as well as Jand M treats you - A lot more expensive as well.
