Here are the facts: 1. The company gave us a start date, then cancelled at the last minute and rescheduled for a week later 2. The company left debris/dirt at the end of the driveway, near the roadway 3. When requested to clean up, there was little to no phone etiquette (but they did do it) 4. The owner was very rude in how he dealt with us. (All of our phones are recorded lines) 5. The job was completed on MAY 20th, 2013. On 6/26/13 we received an irate message when we attempted to resolve the issue (recorded). (The bill was NET 30) 6. The owner used profanity towards us and threatened to file a lien on the residence, even after the check was sent and received (#5530 on 6/26/2013) This information is based on 100% facts with no dramatization inserted. We would not use this company again.
