KEVIN WAS EARLY FOR MY APPOINTMENT. HE TUNED MY PIANO, CLEANED THE KEYS AND DUSTED THE STRINGS INSIDE THE PIANO. HE SEEMED TO HAVE A LOT OF KNOWLEDGE ON THE HISTORY OF PIANOS AND ALSO OFFERED ADVICE ON HOW OFTEN TO GET MY PIANO TUNED. HE TOOK HIS TIME AND DIDN'T SEEM TOO RUSHED TO COMPLETE MY JOB.
