Andrew was great, answering all my questions. He checked thoroughly home appliances, HVAC, electricity, water, termites, deck, porch, roof, and smoke alarm, etc. The home inspection report with red circling around the areas of the problems on the pictures was really helpful to understand the issues.

Better price and availability than the competition. Prompt response . I canâ t really vouch for quality of work just yet since I was not there in person and am yet to finish closing on the house. They didnâ t get on the roof to inspect , visual of the roof through binoculars only.
