It was a poor experience. They didn't do the job very well. In fact it's only half completed and it has been almost four years. The price was okay. I would never use them again.

Several times they were supposed to be there and my wife or I took off from work they didn't show up. Work -was supposed to include a multi-layer waterproofing system. Instead they sprayed on a tar-like substance which I was assured was an improvement. Back-filled the dirt as much as possible and assured us they would return in Spring to replace more after settling. To this day, and 40+ calls later, still not done. They damaged my siding and the basement still leaks. I've only received 6 responses to my calls, 2 of which were to inform me they were closed down for holidays, the others to insure me I hadn't been forgotten. Since there is a moat around my foundatin, my AC unit can't be hooked back up, and I was forced to go all last summer without AC. I am currently seeking legal recourse.

We received an estimate the day after we contacted Geotech. Chris spent about an hour in the basement with us, explaining what he wanted to do and why. We appreciated his thoroughness. The estimate was very fair, and significantly less than another company we were talking to. We chose Geotech because what Chris explained to us made a lot of sense, the price was right, and they stand behind their work with a lifetime, transferrable warranty. When the crew arrived they were prompt, polite and professional. They did exactly what they said they'd do, and cleaned up completely afterwards. When the foundation repair was sidetracked by a plumbing problem, they went the extra mile and completely repaired the plumbing problem, instead of simply stopping the leak and directing us to a plumber. They left our pipes in much better shape than they found them in.

They were terrific. They sealed off that room so well, that I didn't have dust anywhere from them working. They did a fabulous job and the cleaned up so well. Everything about them was very professional.

Everything was excellent overall with Geotech. We had our basement waterproofed after problems with cracks, lots of water & mold. Basement is nice & dry & mold free now! Geotech also expertly corrected numerous foundation problems due to shifting and settling in the foundation. Everyone at Geotech was highly professional and courteous. Any and all questions were answered promptly and fully. Finished product was outstanding. I would definitely use Geotech again & recommend them to friends. Thank you Geotech for making a seemingly difficult process easier.

The company was proactive and followed up well during the sales process. We had some difficulty establishing that the company really existed. Once we signed the contract, it was a few weeks before we heard from them again (in contrast to the sales process). The work took about a week. Ultimately the work was done well and the price was very good for the extent of work done.

Very punctual. Handled things when they needed to be handled. Very polite and courteous. There was no sales pitch, just straight and to the point. The insulation of the product went very smoothly. The clean up was good, and there was no hassle. I would refer him to every other consumer!
