I needed to get a loan/refinance of my house due to a change. It had been a while since I did a home loan. I had one past experience in dealing with a mortgage broker that was very positive. A friend referred me to Dick Engle. Once again, a very positive experience. Dick and his associate, Tonya, walked me through everything. Timely phone calls or emails requesting information, providing a status or giving guidance. I really do not know if it could have gone any smoother or quicker. The cost in this review is roughly my closing costs - there were no points to the loan. I highly recommend Dick Engle at Equity Resources.
