Jeff came in as the lowest estimate so I gave him the job. He was able to perform the work within a few days and did everything he said they would do including the necessary documentation for the sale of the house. I would recommend DryPro to anyone needing mold remediation

I really trusted his assessment of the situation and his clear explanation of what he found.
Description of Work: I called Drypro because I was concerned that a water issue in our basement may have caused mold in the carpet or walls. They made a call out to our house, inspected everything thoroughly, then let me know that I did not need any of their services. This put my mind completely at ease and was well worth the service call fee.

Jeff was extremely helpful. His professionalism was reassuring as he carefully inspected the damage and assured us it was not so bad as we imagined.
Description of Work: We were sure that water damage and the resulting mold from bad flashing around a chimney were going to result in expensive repairs/remediation. The folks from DryPro were extremely helpful. They responded quickly and professionally. The damage we were sure would be costly to repair turned out to be minor and we were even given excellent advice on how to make the repairs ourselves.

DryPro was the 2nd company sent to our home by Allstate, as we were not satisfied with the work performed by the first company they sent us. DryPro did a great job of removing carpet, tack strip and the bottom 4 feet of drywall on 2 walls. They used special equipment to prevent drywall dust and mold contaminants from spreading. They covered all our furniture with plastic, and sealed off a closet to avoid getting it dusty or contaminated. Jeff was initially difficult to get a hold of, but once we actually spoke, the work was performed quickly, neatly, efficiently. We were very satisfied. Thankfully our our insurance paid for it, but we thought the price was reasonable for the large amount of work performed.
