They did a nice job. Custom for some unusually shaped windows, so had to shape and measure them. From what I understand, prices are pretty good. They did everything quickly and on time. I was here for one of the installs and it was done in like 30 seconds. I have no complaints.

We had a great experience with Budget Blinds.  Bill was great to work with, he took his time to make sure we got what we wanted and still stayed within our budget.  Correspondence was great throughout the whole process, they came to do the install exactly when scheduled, and everything looks great.  We will use Budget Blinds again in the future, and will also recommend to friends.

Bill the owner of Budget Blinds came out and was absolutely wonderful. He was very patient and a really nice man to work with. We had to make a couple of appointments, and he was great and accommodating. The blinds are absolutely beautiful. I would definitely recommend him to anybody. They were really nice to work with and the couple who put the blinds in were very nice too. I would use them again.

Work performed well and quickly.

It went very well.  Once they came out and measured and explained everything and gave us the price we went forward.  Everything came in about 3 weeks later and were installed right away.   Everything came out just as expected and nicer than I thought on the blinds.

Bill was very helpful . We needed an evening appointment  and he was very accommodating to our schedules. He was very knowledgable of all the materials and what worked better than others. Our timeline for moving was very tight.  He ordered them immediately and they arrived on time. The installation was done on 12/26 , during a snow storm . Absolutely love the products ! I will definitely order from them again.

They came to our house for a free measurement and discussed our options. They had the best prices of anybody around. They arrived on time and didn't take long at all to do the work. I would definitely use them again.

Bill Ressler, the owner came out on 4/23/2012 for an estimate and was friendly and professional. The installer came out 5/03/2012 and was on time. When he arrived, he wasn't sure his ladder was tall enough and I was told by Bill that two people would be here for the installation but only one showed up. At first, the installer wasn't friendly at all, and seemed very agitated, but eventually became more interactive. I know he is there to install the blinds but  you do need to put  the customer at ease and let them know you know what you are doing.
The installer  had a difficult time because the ladder he was using was barely tall enough and at first he screwed the frame into the wrong place and had to adjust it. After re-adjusting it he had difficulty holding on to anything since he was so high up; he got dirty hand prints all over the freshly painted skylight wells and ceiling. I asked him if he would mind cleaning the handprints since I just had it completely repainted, over a 1000 dollar job.
Then I noticed that the frame was one and a half inches too short on the bottom side and just right on the top side so there was no compensation for the angle of the skylight well. After the installer worked with them and adjusted them a while, he got them to at least close and open properly. They don't exactly fit at the bottom because of the angle and the lack of compensation but they are close enough. I would suggest in the future that in an angle situation that the frame be measured at the top and bottom and take the larger size. Then, the angle can be trimmed out accordingly.  I am glad to have the shades up but wished they fit the space better and at a better price. I did have to touch up some paint on the upstairs bathroom skylight where the ladder scraped the paint.
In order to improve your service you would need to send out two friendly installers, offer a lower price and provide a more accurate measurement. Doing this would have made this an excellent experience instead of a B experience. Thanks.

This was the most competitive bid, and the customer service was acceptable with the in-home consultation. The warranty offered is also better than any other company that we got a quote from. Installation was good quality, and we are pleased with the blinds overall. Only exceptions:* One blind was an inch too short, but they were quick to re-order it at no cost. * We are a little dissapointed with the level of service and responsiveness after the sale and installation.

Salesperson was very knowledgeable. I ended up buying blinds that I like much, much better than what I thought I wanted. They came out on a Friday evening and installed the blinds so that I'd have them before out-of-town guests arrived. The entire experience was as good as buying blinds can get.

We received estimates from three different companies. Bill Ressler, the owner, was thorough in explaining his product and services. The blinds arrived on time and were expertly installed. All blinds fit perfectly and look great. Couldn't be happier with Bill and his staff. Highly recommend them!

It was excellent, it was a good experience. We are very happy with the blinds. They were always on time, the installer was great and quick. They were in and out. The man who came to show us the samples was extremely nice.
