It is so rare these days for a contractor to exceed my expectations, but Bryan and his team sure did. The work was done quickly and my new roof looks great. His workers took care to clean up my yard afterwards. Bryan worked with my homeowners insurance company to document what was needed so that my claim could be processed fairly.

went very well from beginning to end.  He meet with insurance rep to go over hail damage with them.  Provided me with a clear bid that included copies of  his insurance coverage and workmans comp. Quality work. I also recommended him to do my daughters roof.

Bryan showed up to do the estimate within two days. I normally get three estimates, but the other company said it would be 10 days before they could even do an estimate. Bryan and his assistant (a very experienced "old school" roofer) figured out what the problem was, and told me how they would fix it. The price seemed reasonable enough and given I wanted this fixed soon, I had him go ahead with it. 
They showed up within about two days when the weather got above 40 degrees to do the work. I appreciated how they were conscious of not messing with shingles under 40 degrees as they become brittle and start breaking. He stood behind his work, and actually was on site for the several hours it took his roofer to complete the job. I found them both to be quite pleasant, and I've waited several months to make sure the repairs worked, which they have. 
He also mentioned if I replace the roof in the future and use his company, he will deduct the cost of this repair from the the total expense.

Service was performed in a timely manner and I have been very satisfied with the quality.

Excellent - company was low-bid out of three potential contractors. They did exactly what was contracted and followed up on every detail. Great experience.
