We’ve hired Bob several times. He’s great to work with and professional . Always shows up when he says (hard to find these days). His estimates are detailed, competitive, and he performs all promised work on time. No surprises, and he provides good alternative solutions.

Bob arrived as scheduled and provided a very competitive estimate for the work to be performed. He painted two rooms, one needing sanding and spackling which we didn't realize until he pointed out the defects. He was extremely pleasant, prompt, and very neat. His work exceeded our expectations and we'll definitely use him again.

He showed up when he said he would. In case of a delay he would call me and let me know. He was courteous and thorough. They were very friendly and down to earth. When there was something that he did not know he ensured that he researched about it and did the job right.

CONTRACTOR'S PRICE WAS COMPETITIVE AND WORK WAS COMPLETED ON TIME. UNFORTUNATELY, A FEW MONTHS LATER, THE HOUSE WAS BLACK WITH MOLD. AFTER A HALF-HEARTED ATTEMPT TO WASH, HE SAID "SORRY, BUT NOT MY PROBLEM".

"THE MEMBER''S REPORT IS INACCURATE AND MISLEADING. I DID A STANDARD JOB THAT I HAVE DONE MANY TIMES BEFORE, AND I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED THESE RESULTS. THE MEMBERS HOUSE HAD NO MOLD PROBLEM PRIOR TO PAINTING. IF I HAD SEEN SUCH A PROBLEM, I WOULD HAVE ADDED A MOLD ADDITIVE TO THE PAINT. PLEASE KEEP IN MIND, MANY FACTORS CAN LEAD TO A MOLD PROBLEM ON THE OUTSIDE OF A HOUSE."
