"The reason I did not do the patch was because of problems with payment. The bag was left because after a few squirrels are caught we stuff the hole with a bag to monitor, if the bag pops out the hole is still being used. This prevents catching nontarget squirrels. Occasionally when I collect payment customers will pretend they weren't told about a per animal fee even though it's in the qoute and the payperwork. In this case I had a bad feeling about being accused of lying and decided not to do the patch. The patch was not promised in the qoute or the payperwork. I cannot promise I can do a patch before seeing the damage, but if I can I like to do it for free or heavily discounted. This customer was very polite until payment but she did pay and I did refuse to do the patch when she contacted me. I did send her a list of materials needed for the patch, where to get them, and how much they cost. This exchange of refusing the patch was done through text and I will save the conversation for any future customer that would like to see it. - Troy Berger"
