We were fearful that our 26 yr old furnace was shot... Mike was great, he quickly confirmed that the igniter was the issue. Based on the age of our furnace he also conducted a CO check to make sure there was no leaking. He additionally cleaned a few other spots and confirmed gas shut off was working appropriately.
Our house is warming back up as I type and I feel good that our furnace is in good working order.

I wasn't able to review him earlier, but over the winter time our heater broke around 8:30pm on a Friday night. I called Mike and he was able to come over around 9:30pm to diagnose the problem, and secured a replacement part Saturday morning and had our heater working by 3pm on Saturday. With a 2 year old son at home, we were so happy to have had Mike come and help us! He was EXTREMELY fair on the prices that he charged us.
He is very friendly, very fair and a trustworthy man. Many people from our church go to him as he is fair and a reliable HVAC technician and installer.
