house cleaning
 + -1 moreThe provider did nothing, stating that she did not get calls, and did not remember things that she had said she would do. My answer above explains it best. Have never heard another from her. I am not sure of the date of service, because she was scheduled and no showed and then rescheduled. She insisted on cleaning blinds before starting the housecleaning, but she did not remember that when she rushed in to see how things were going. She was late for an appt., because her phone was not working. I suggested getting a new phone because I had left messages, she said she did not get. This is the first rating I have ever been so dissatisfied with, but the young lady that cleaned did a great job. She just needed help.
Description of Work: the young lady that cleaned was great. she really worked hard and all by herself. I was told there would be 2 people here, it was too much for her. The lady manager was not professional at all, she cancelled the first appt. due to death in family, I understand that, but she never called me back to rescheduled, I called her back and rescheduled and it was a no show. She was not completely honest about some things. After the only cleaning and the poor girl worked so hard, the Agency never called back to reschedule and we were going to do every two months.
