Great treatment from dr mrs Pierce n staff. Been at this vet for over 30 years. Would not change. It's expensive, but they know what they are doing n do it very well.

They always do what we want and are pretty much on time.

He is gentle, compassionate, very knowledgeable, and values animals lives. He has extended my cat's life for 2.5 years past her life expectancy. The staff is excellent. They also are very compassionate and even know your name when you walk in the office. They are very nice when you call.

They have a big, shiny, new building and a huge driveway an parking lot, and I feel that the cost is so high to pay for the facilities, rather than the treatment. There were also 4 women at the welcome counter who didn't really welcome. I also didn't think their facilities were very handicap friendly. I have a bad back and found it hard to get up out of the seats that they have. They also hesitated to answer my questions, which I found weird. I was asking them about the medicine they were giving my pet. She gave me general information that did not answer my question, in order to skirt the issue. The doctor was no longer available after treating my pet, so I could not ask him questions. I wish they would have just told me they were priced higher than other vets. When I originally called they told me it would be $44, and then I got charged way more than that.

The front desk is helpful and they get you in if you have an emergency. I am very happy with Dr. Pierce- he has a great understanding of different breeds/temperaments and personalities.

The head vet is the best. I would take my children here if I could! He is the only vet that can handle my 12 yr old Jack terrier. I would highly recommend them.

I would give them an A plus. The skill of the vets there is great. They are very kind and supportive. They have reasonable rates. I will continue to take my animals to them in the future.
