 + -1 moreJoe Paulino is the HVAC contractor, and has been very pleasant to deal with, but he has yet to fully balance our home and seal all of the duct (including the ones behind the walls and in the flooring). I would just like to get this taken care of, so we can enjoy our new home.
Description of Work: I bought a home from Tom Petti, the owner of Northcoast Homes, and we were very please with the house, and still are. My displeasure came this summer when the AC unit was not colling the house. Parts were very hot, and parts were cool. What I was noticing was that the airflow was not even throughout the house, and the system needed balancing and sealing. I found out that none of the duct work in the home had been sealed, as the Ohio Building code requires. I currently am working with Mr. Petti to try and solve this, but we have not made any headway as of yet.
