Sales meet and greet went normal. The sales staff of 2 let us roam the sales lot on our own Most of the campers, but not all had no negotiations prices posted on the inside of the campers. Once we found the camper that fit our needs we walked back to the sales office and informed the salesmen we started with. He told us he was too busy and handed us off to someone else. This salesman seemed somewhat dis interested but made the trip back out to the cqmper of our choice. He showed us a few features and walked back the office. The original salesman good a good and fair job of negotiating the price of their camper and our trade in. They did a very good job in securing financing. They delivered the camper to a near by campground where we have a permanent camping site. All went well up to the point to when used the camper. All of the problems are the results of poor after sale preparation. The camper was delivered to the campground entrance and left 1 day prior to the date agreed on and we had to have the campground manager move to to our site. We setup the camper including hooking up PVC drain pipe,and leveling the camper on permanent blocks. Once it is setup it is very hard to move. After setup we found the following problems. 1. None of the GFIC outlets worked. I found that the hot wire was not hooked up and I fixed it. 2. The shower did not work. We found that the shower hose was stopped up with plastic building materials. We had to remove the shower hose and shake the material out of the hose. 3. The outside shower leaked. We found that the hose was only tightened 1 turn or so. 4. We found the rubber boot that the TV cable runs through on the roof was pushed about 3 inches up the cable instead of in place on the roof sealing the hole in the roof. This aloud rain to enter the camper. 5. The kitchen sink drain leaked because the drain trap fitting was loose. After we reported to them our problems the shook us off and stated well those things happen. During the delivery the salesman failed to tell us the following. 1. How to manually to close the slide outs 2. That the accent light is a outdoor step light not ohhh this camper isn't equipped with accent lights. 3. How to manually roll up the power awning. After the sale the failed to call or write us to follow up or thank us.
