Everything that he subbed out, but everything he touched was wrong. The floor was flopping. The eaves don't match from existing house to new addition, there was a four inch gap between. There was no house wrap on it so we made them take it down to fix and there is still a hour inch gap. He didn't put any back board behind the tile in the bathroom. He was putting the floor down by gluing pieces together. He put hardwood flooring directly on plywood and it created wood rot. Whenever it rains the water comes completely under the house. We can;t get in our driveway because he does not have the concrete finished there. He put granite on backwards so we had to redo that. I had to cut the cabinets in my kitchen to get the stove to fit. Every single thing he has done has been screwed up.
