He's excellent. We've used him for over 10 years. He's very nice and pleasant. He doesn't make a mess and cleans up after he's done. We've never had to call him back a second time for the same repair.

Excellent service. While he was working on the dryer, he noticed a bird under our basement stairs that our cat had apparently brought inside. He eventually was able to catch the bird when it flew to a window, and then he put it outside. This is service above and beyond what we expected!
The dryer works as it should now. I will call Appliance Works for all of my future appliance repairs.

Even though he couldn't repair it, the speed of the service, the courteous and professionalism, and the cost were excellent, and he eased our mind about how pressing a problem it was. Absolutely would use again.
