Ben showed up exactly when he we had scheduled and got right to work.  My wife had found one Bed Bug on the couch and then found one on a dresser.  I searched the whole house and didn't find anything.  Ben didn't find any bed bugs or signs of bed bugs either but that didn't stop him from treating absolutely everything!!!  He took his time and went through everything and treated everything.  The house is a 3 story home and I told him he didn't need to worry about the third floor since we don't go up there much but he treated it anyway.  He was at the home for about 4 hours.  He explained everything we need to know about the pests and he explained what we need to do to make sure we don't get more bugs.  He was very knowledgeable.  I like going with smaller companies because typically they care more and actually want to help you and that was more than obvious with Ben!  Honestly I thought the price was to cheap given the amount of work he did but I can hardly complain about that!  I would definitely recommend Bug-Busters Pest Control and will definitely call Ben back whenever I have bug issues.
Also don't try treating bed bugs yourself.....  I made a mess and the chemicals I bought that people had reviewed online as working great didn't work AT ALL!  I had a bug in a cup and sprayed it with Hot Shot Bed Bug Killer and it didn't die for like 4 days...  I also put that Diatomaceous Earth all over the frickin place and all it does was make a HUGE mess!!!  Call a PRO!
