HE ENCLOSED THE PATIO AND HE DIDN'T TELL ME THAT THERE COULD BE WATER PROBLEMS EVEN THOUGH HE KNEW. I FILED A COMPLAINT WITH THE BBB AND HE SAID HE DID TELL ME, BUT HE NEVER DID. I ASKED HIM IF HE HAD HIS LICENSE AND ASKED HIM TWICE TO SHOW THE MOBILE HOME PARK MANAGEMENT OFFICE, BECAUSE THEY REQUIRE IT, BUT HE NEVER DID. NOW THE CARPET MAY BE ROTTING, IT IS DISCOLORED AND CONSTANTLY WET, THERE IS BLACK MOLD VISIBLE, AND THE WALL IS COMING AWAY FROM THE CEILING. THE PANELING IS ALSO WARPING. THIS HAS BEEN SO MUCH TROUBLE AND IT HAS BEEN GOING ON SINCE FEBRUARY, IT IS NOW ALMOST AUGUST. I DON'T FEEL HE WAS HONEST WITH ME AND HE DID A TERRIBLE JOB. THE MEN LEFT DEBRIS AND DID LAWN DAMAGE AS WELL. HE ALSO LEFT THE CARPET VERY DIRTY. I AM 78 YEARS OLD AND THIS IS JUST AN AWFUL THING FOR SOMETHING TO DO. MY HUSBAND IS IN A WHEEL CHAIR AND CAN'T WALK OR TALK VERY WELL AND I FEEL LIKE WE WERE VERY TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF.
