 + -1 moreWe hired Tony from T-Trim to install a small pond/waterfall in our backyard. Throughout the spring and summer we noticed considerable water loss and knew there was a leak somewhere. Tony came out numerous times to try to fix it but unfortunately he never could. We hired another contractor in Sept to fix the leak. Considerable money was paid to other contractor to fix leak. We did not pay Tony for the work he did on the pond because it was never completed and done correctly. He put a mechanics lien on our property for the balance and interest due. We filed a small claims court against T-Trim Landscaping and won. We are still trying to collect the money that is due to us but have been unable. Tony is unwilling to resolve and pay us the judgement settlement.
