"Dear Ms. [Member Name Removed], We are sorry to hear you are not happy with the second set of windows we installed. Our Operations Superintendent as well as our Regional Manager have reached out on several occasions since the install. As reviewed, your windows were properly installed per the contract that was signed. We understand that aesthetically speaking, the second set of windows we installed look slightly different from the first set, however that is because the first set of windows were complete reframes and you opted not to go the reframe route for the second set due to the cost. We value you as a customer and want you to be happy. To remedy the situation, we’ve offered two different solutions and are currently scheduled to perform the work for the solution you chose on 11/9. Sincerely, Great Day Improvements"
"[Member Name Removed], Thank you for being a valued customer and for taking the time to share your experience with us! We're pleased to hear everything went well. Should you need anything in the future, please do not hesitate to reach out. Thank you!"
"Hi [Member Name Removed] - We are thrilled you love your windows! Thank you for being a valued customer!"
"[Member Name Removed] We are sorry to hear you feel this way and disappointed to see your review. Yes, it took several attempts to get things right but it wasn't due to a lack of effort on our part. Back at the end of April when you first contacted us due to issues with your windows, we committed to coming to your home on May 1st to inspect all of your windows, screens and insulation. When our technician arrived at your home you refused to allow him to complete the full inspection and only allowed him to address a single window. We then we received your BBB complaint in July stating we had been unresponsive to a new issue although our systems indicate we had not received correspondence from you. We sent another crew back to your home to address the new issue and had a new screen manufactured for you. We came to install the screen at the agreed upon time but you were not home so we left the screen on your porch. Between the time our crew left and you returned home, the screen was somehow damaged and we had to send another service technician to your home to rescreen the frame and install it."
"[Member Name Removed], Thank you for taking the time to rate us and leave a review! We're glad to hear you feel the quality of our windows is great and pleased with their beauty. We're confident you'll be pleased for years to come. Thanks again! Sincerely, The Stanek Windows Team"
"Dear [Member Name Removed], We do apologize that there was initial miscommunication regarding accommodation of the A/C unit by the sales person. We appreciate you bringing that oversight to our attention. Our installation superintendent was able to create a custom piece to complete this request and finish your job. We do hope you'll be satisfied with the quality of our windows and the energy efficiency they bring to your home. Should you have any issues, please do not hesitate to reach out. Thank you, Stanek Windows"
"Mr. [Member Name Removed], Thank you for your review. Your satisfaction is important to us. We apologize that the sales person did not return your calls. We will be addressing that issue internally. As for the support for your A/C unit, our installation superintendent is working on a solution now. Victor Perri left you a voicemail earlier today to schedule a time when we can come out and make things right. Please return his call or call the main office at 216-341-7700. Thank you for your patience."
"Thank you for your review! We do appreciate the time you took to complete it. If there is anything we can do in the future, please don't hesitate to reach out."
"The Stanek Windows by Great Day Improvements service department received [member name removed]'s telephone call on November 10, 2014 and immediately began the process of attempting to remediate the problem with her window. The service coordinator for Stanek contacted the service technicians in the field in an attempt to route an employee to Mrs. [member name removed] home, but all of the technicians were on previously scheduled service calls. Mrs. [member name removed] was upset that we could not send an employee immediately and Stanek Windows by Great Day Improvements apologizes for the short delay. However, service employees are scheduled days in advance. The service coordinator offered to walk [member name removed] through the process of placing her window back inside of the track so that the window would shut properly, and also offered a YouTube video explaining how to get the window back in the track, but Mrs. [member name removed] refused. The service department sent a technician to the home the very next day and the window was restored to operating condition."
"Thank you for the opportunity! We hope your enjoy your windows for years and years to come. If you know of anyone considering windows, we would be grateful for a referral."
"Thank you for your feedback. We apoligize if there was a misunderstanding on your existing alarm system, but our contract clearly outlines "alarm systems"on the back. It states, "Stanek Windows by Great Day Improvements shall not be responsible for disconnecting or reconnecting alarm systems, or heating or cooling units." Our installers will always attempt to expose the wires so that your alarm company can reconnect system after the new windows and interior wood trim are installed. Thank you for commenting on the appearance and quality of the new windows. We appreciate the opportunity to respond to this post."
