The tractor was delivered sparkling clean and runs like a top All of the work I requested was done and the price was not cheap but was not over exorbitant either. I was very satisfied with the work that was done. Although it took 3 weeks to get my tractor back.

They diagnosed the problem, called with the problem and estimate for repair. Gave them the go ahead, had the problem fixed, and the tractor returned in just over a week. This was in the middle of the summer, which is the busy time, When it was returned, it was cleaned and washed. Very satisfied with the service.

These people provide top notch customer service.  Purchased a lawnmower from them.  The first mower would not start when I got it home.  Took it back and they said they failed to properly perform pre-delivery service.  Took it home again and it would not start again.  Took it back again and they replaced it with a new unit.  The new unit started on the first pull every time so far, and I started it several times.
I would not hesitate to purchase from them again or have them service my outdoor power equipment.  All of their staff are courteous, professional and go the distance to satisfy the customer.
 

I was lied to about the warranty coverage. They charged me $72.00 for labor that was "supposed" to be covered under warranty. I asked for the manufactuers phone number and got different info from the manufacturer than I got from the dealer. I am still waiting for a call from the mnufacturer. He said it would take about a week for the warranty information. They stopped repairs on the power washer until I receive information.I got the okay from the manufacturer, they wanted to go over the date of purchase and serial number. I have all of the paper work which I gave to the dealer. I will not use this company unless I need to ourchase parts for convienance.

Sohar's has a good reputation, and my story is likely a rare instance of bad service, but it was certainly bad. Sohar's picked up my mower and power washer with the promise to call with estimates in a couple of weeks. After several weeks passed, I called to check and the representative was at first unable to find the status of my items. She eventually did, and I was told that the estimate was not yet done but I would be called soon. This same sequence occurred several times - I waited, then called, the rep could not find my items, then after a longer search I was told that someone would call soon with an estimate. After many weeks and several calls, the rep eventually connected me to Mr. Sohar. Mr. Sohar apologized profusely for my items getting lost, and promised me quick service. The service after that point was indeed quick, and Mr. Sohar offered to waive my pick-up/drop-off fee for my trouble. However, my first bill did not include that credit and I had to remind the rep that Mr. Sohar offered me that waiver. My mower was repaired satisfactorily (I decided against getting the power washer repaired because it was too costly). In all, a process that should have taken a few weeks took several months to complete.

EXCELLENT. MOWER WAS REPAIRED AND CLEANED. IT WAS READY BEFORE PROMISED.
