This company had also performed this service for me several times in the past.  To be honest, although I gave the company an A on price, I only got ONE other estimate from a reputable company.  The other company's price was lower, but not significantly lower.   And since I had good results in the past from Regency Roofing, I went with them because they are cedar shake experts.  

They found what the problem was, and corrected it.  They were great and wonderful, and showed up right on time.

They are repaired the asphalt shingle roof. We've used them for a long time. They service all types of roofs, including flat roofs. They've done a good job for a reasonable price. They are busy, so sometimes we have to wait a bit for service. If it's an emergency, they will come as soon as possible.

They were very much less than professional. It ended up costing us quite a lot of money because we had a home warranty policy. We called them because the policy told us to call them. They came out and said that they could the leak. At some point over the winter we had another guy come and report that the roof was improperly installed. We knew that the roof was fine. However because of this man’s opinion the insurance company refused to pay for the leak. We would not recommend them to others. The work itself was okay. So they ended up covering nearly half of the roof instead of a small area of leak.

We were not home when they did the job but the roof looked like new when we returned.

THIS IS THE THIRD TIME I HAVE HAD THEM DO THIS WORK. THE STUFF THEY SPRAY IS BLACK AND GOOEY. I JUST PUT ON WHITE SIDING AND THEY ARE EXTREMELY CAREFUL. THEY PUT UP TARPS AND ARE VERY NEAT AND TIDY. YOU COULDN'T TELL THEY HAD BEEN HERE. A CREW CAME TO DO THE WORK AND THE NEXT DAY, TIM THE BOSS CAME AND MADE SURE I WAS SATISFIED WITH THE WORK.
