Rick came out to look at a leaking crack in our basement wall that was unsuccessfully repaired by the previous owner. We were concerned that we would have to dig below our recently installed deck to correct the issue but he was able to address the problem from the inside. His team arrived on time, immediately went to work and did a fantastic job of cleaning up. The old musty crack is now a clean looking repair. Also, when you are given a lifetime warranty that transfers with the sale of your home, you're pretty confident you'll never have to deal with the problem again. Very satisfied and would definitely use again!

I called Precision Waterproofing for a moisture problem I have in the basement. I made an appointment to have it looked at. Rick arrived for the appointment at the scheduled time. After looking at the room, he told me he had nothing to quote me, as my problem is above grade. He then gave me tips on resolving the problem myself using products from Home Depot and how to find a handyman to hire if I didn't want to take on the task. He said his company could do the work, but it would be much cheaper to do it myself or hire a handyman. It was a refreshing experience. If I have a below-grade problem in the future, Precision Waterproofing will be my first call.

Rick and his crew kept their work schedule, communicated and adjustments, gave us several options for services and finished the work on time. The job was done professionally. Yard damage was minimal and was repaired before they wrapped up. In short, it was a perfect interaction. We would readily refer Rick and his team and would hire them again if needed.

Rick came out and was very professional from the start. He patiently listened to our concerns about the water issue. He got into the crawl space with my spouse and looked at the issue in detail. He went over all the options to resolve this problem, and he was honest about his impression that it was a minor issue, especially because it was not in the living space. He presented several options, and two were of significant expense, but less than we thought. The option that he recommended to us, however, was close to free and involved a DIY solution with minimal expense at a hardware store. He did not rush off after realizing that his honesty would result in no service charges, either. He stayed for a bit and chatted with us about wet basements and the water table in our town, etc. He answered all of our questions, and we tend to ask a lot. It was really one of the best experiences we have ever had with a contractor. We highly recommend Rick and Precision! If we ever have a water issue again, we will definitely use him and have already recommended him to others.

Excellent. Rick is a very professional person, down to earth and goes completely out of his way to go the extra mile. He did something he most certainly didn't have to do to take our service experience above and beyond what was expected. I highly recommend his services. I even had some questions after repairs were done and he came right back out to make sure I understood everything and was 100% satisfied.
