+ -1 moreTHE SALESMAN WAS GREAT AND SO WERE THE TWO GENTLEMEN WHO INSTALLED THE SYSTEM. THERE WERE TWO AREAS OF THE BASEMENT THAT DIDN'T MEET OUR 100% SATISFACTION. AFTER REPEATED CALLS TO THE CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPT., IT DID FINALLY MEET OUR REQUEST. INITIALLY, WE WERE DISAPPOINTED WITH CUSTOMER SERVICES RESPONSE BECAUSE OVERALL, WE WERE PLEASED WITH THE PRODUCT. HOWEVER, WE FELT THAT CUSTOMER SERVICE DIDN'T EXEMPLIFY THE SAME PROFESSIONALISM THAT THE SALESMAN AND INSTALLERS DID. CUSTOMER SERVICE DID COME THROUGH AND MY HUSBAND AND I ARE SATISFIED CUSTOMERS, WHO WOULD GLADLY RECOMMEND OWENS CORNING TO OTHERS.
Description of Work: MY HUSBAND AND I HAD OUR BASEMENT REFINISHED WITH THE INSTALLATION OF THE OWENS CORNING SYSTEMS PRODUCT.
