 + -1 moreOVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS DISAPPOINTING. SALES STAFF WERE NOT KNOWLEDGEABLE. THE STORE WAS NOT CROWDED, YET NO ONE OFFERED ME ASSISTANCE. I HAD TO SEEK OUT A SALES PERSON AND THAT PERSON GAVE ME MISINFORMATION. HAD I NOT CAUGHT HIS ERROR I WOULD HAVE SPENT MORE MONEY THAN NECESSARY.
Description of Work: PURCHASED MULTI-LINE PHONE SYSTEM FOR BUSINESS. OFFICE MAX STAFF WAS NOT KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE PHONES IN STOCK. SALESPERSON GAVE MISINFORMATION.
