NEO Roofing suggested that they had to tear off the section of roof to assure the leaking would stop. Assured me with a 3 year warranty. Roof started leaking again after snow started melting, and they refused to come out to even look at it after a year (1st winter). "We did everything correctly". Well my roof is still leaking in the same spot. Asked for my money back, no money back, did not honor warranty and very arrogant. I hired Savant Roofing, and they did a fantastic job and my roof does not leak anymore. BUYER BEWARE, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AS THEIR WARRANTIES ARE NOT HONORED, THEY DO TERRIBLE WORK (WASTE OF MONEY) AND THEY HAVE ILLEGAL CONTRACTS. YOU DO NOT HAVE THE OPTION TO OPT OUT WHICH GOES AGAINST THE OHIO CONSUMER PRACTICES ACT.

Everything about this experience exceeded all expectations. This was a difficult asbestos roof removal. They did manage to find me the best possible price for abatement. The workers are very professional, did not disturb the neighbors, and clean up was excellent. I can not say enough good things about them. What is better than finishing the service early and under budget?
