THEY WERE NEVER ON TIME. THE RESPONSE WAS VERY POOR. IT TOOK A LONG TIME TO GET AN ESTIMATE AND I SPECIFIED I WANTED EITHER DAVID OR HIS FATHER ON THE THE JOB. MY REQUEST WAS AGREED UPON. FINALLY WHEN SOMEONE CAME TO INSTALL THE WINDOWS I WAS NOT ABLE TO GET A WRITTEN ESTIMATE FROM THEM. I ALLOWED THEM TO START THE WORK EVEN THOUGH NEITHER DAVID NOR HIS FATHER WERE ON THE JOB SITE. I SAW THE JOB WAS TAKING TOO LONG AND THE WORK WAS SLOPPY. I ASKED WHEN THEY RETURN TO FINISH UP THE WORK IF DAVID OR HIS FATHER BE HERE. THEY SHOWED UP AGAIN WITHOUT DAVID OR HIS FATHER SO I DID NOT ALLOW THE WORK TO CONTINUE. THE CREW SAID THEY WOULD COME BACK IN AN HOUR AND BRING DAVID. DAVID CAME BACK WITH THE CREW AND WAS VERY ANGRY. HE SAID HE DID NOT WANT ANY OF MY MONEY AND SAID HE WILL NO LONGER WORK FOR ME. HE DID FIX ONE WINDOW THOUGH AND I WOULD NOT LET HIM LEAVE WITHOUT BEING PAID FOR THE WORK. I GAVE HIM $60.
