Kapp's Green Lawn: The Lawn Specialists

I've been a customer of Kapp's Lawn Service for many years. To be up front, I do not water my lawn during the summer. I had a routine service, and it was very hot and humid. My lawn was not looking good. I called the office to cancel my service for the summer to let my lawn recover. I never complained about anything or anyone. A week later, Jim, the field manager came over and explained that Kapp's was going to aerate both my front and back lawn, and reseed it for FREE. WOW, that does not happen very often. When my lawn becomes healthy I will continue with their wonderful service. And they are refunding my last service call.

I’ve use them for year and I have had no problems with.

Was using them in PGH area before moving to Summit county and the lawn at my new house fully recovered to a healthy lawn after a few months of their service. Additional weeds pup up I just call and they come out and address it.

They do an excellent job. They are A rated as far as I am concerned. If I do see a weed they come right out free of charge and take care of it. I will continue to use their service and recommend them.

What I didn't like were the 3 marketing calls I got about my neighbors having ants and spiders and, wouldn't it be a good idea for me to have that particular service done. I, personally, have not seen an ant, or spiders, in my house and I didn't hear any of the neighbors mentioning it, this past spring and summer.

Our lawn has gotten worse every year over the past 3 years. They have even treated our yard twice this year and the backyard is full of weeds.

Communication was excellent,service was done about 2 days later&all work is guaranteed to my satisfaction.I set up the annual service(6 treatments)We will see how it goes,will update later but so far so good.

My lawn looks so much nicer since I began using them a few years ago.  Their staff is always very helpful and friendly.

They are really easy to work with and reliable. They adhere to any of my requests.

for about  eWe moved into a new home this summer that had sat empty for one year. The yard was taken over by weeds and barely alive. After the first treatment we noticed a huge difference in the color of our grass and the amount of weeds. By the end of the third treatment our grass was weed free, very thick, and very green. This was over a period of three months. We just had the fall treatment but I don't think we will see results until the spring. We still have some crab grass in areas but less than before.  I'm not very happy with the price only because I know neighbors who get the same service for about $20 less, but for the size of the lawn I did not feel as though I overpaid (before I learned what the neighbors pay). We will have them back next spring for sure.

I was referred to this lawn treatment company by a former neighbor. I signed up for a package of 6 treatments/year with the option of receiving (or rejecting) additional treatments based on the technician's evaluation of my lawn. No pressure to accept a treatment I don't want (or can't handle financially). I also had the option of paying the entire year in advance with a discount or being billed per treatment, which is most convenient for me. My technician is very knowledgeable and explains everything he does. I've had three treatments so far and my lawn looks better and better each time. From the staff in the office to the technicians, everyone is great to work with. I highly recommend Kapp's.

I've had unfortunate luck with other companies who just hired some kids and constantly tried to upsell.  I'm glad I found Kapps

For the first year with Kapp, yard's a little better, but there's still plenty of crab grass!  They probably have another costly treatment for that, but overall they're okay.  If we can afford it, we might use them next year.

They are efficient and my wife is impressed that we no longer have ants in the house. We use them every year. The come around 3 to 4 times a year to spray for ants. They keep our lawn looking great yearly. I'm satisfied with the work.

We will see in the spring.  My sprinklers were not burried deep enough so one was broken but I was able to have it replaced.  As I said, we will see how the lawn looks in the spring!

They provide a very good service. They are always on time and communicate well. They even called ahead of time.
